My experience with Patty was absolutely fantastic, she was there for me every step of the way. I wanted to find a home in a quiet neighborhood. Early on in my search, I thought I found the house. She has a masterful grasp of the financial end of the real estate market and it is obvious that she invests time in continuing to learn and network. Patty was attentive and responsive to us we felt as though we were her only clients, although we know that is not the case. Our home was advertised beautifully in photos, video, and print. Her personal video walk-through was an extra touch that I feel was very helpful. As a result of her skillful efforts, our home was rented out with perfect timing and at a solid asking price. She prepared us also for sale, which will likely happen in the near future. Had it not been for Patty, we would likely still be trying to organize closets for showings!
